6 egg yolks
1 can sweetened condensed milk (15oz)
1/4 C. key lime juice

1 baked & cooled 9 inch pie shell



Meringue topping:

6 egg white
1/3 C. sugar

Directions:
Directions:
1. Combine egg yolks and condensed milk, mixing well. Slowly add lime juice blending well. Turn into cooled baked pie shell. Chill thorougly. NOTE:(Persian limes can be used)

2. Make meringue of the egg whites by beating and gradually add sugar till soft peaks. Swirl on top of pie, spreading to very edge to seal.

Bake in moderate oven (350 ) 12 - 15 minutes or till peaks of meringue are golden. Cool

3.Serve meringue pie at room temperatures
