4 1/2 cups sugar
1/2 cup lemon juice
1 1/2 cups crushed pineapple, drained
10 oz. frozen raspberries (thawed slightly)
4 diced bananas
1 1/2 cans evaporated milk
1 1/2 pints heavy whipping cream
additional milk to "fill line"

Directions:
Directions:
In a six quart ice cream freezer, mix ingredients. Add dasher and add additional milk to the fill line. Place lid on container and layer with rock salt and crushed ice. Be generous with rock salt.
