1/2 C. Butter
2 C. White Chocolate Chips
2 Eggs
1/2 C. Sugar
1 C. Flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. almond extract
1/2 C. seedless raspberry jam
1/4 C. sliced almonds

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 325. Grease and sugar a 9 inch baking pan. Belt butter in bowl and add 1 C. white chocolate chips, let sit. In a seperate bowl, beat eggs till foamy. Add sugar and beat 5 minutes more. Stir in butter mixture. Add flour, salt and almond extract. Mix at low speed till combined. Spread 2/3 of batter into the pan and bake 20 minutes. Take out of oven and spread jam over crust. Add 1 C. white chocolate chips to remaining batter and spoon over top of jam. Sprinkle almonds on top. Bake 25-30 minutes more until brown around edges. Cool.
