5 or 6 ounces dried chipped beef, finely chopped 2 pkg. (8 oz each) cream cheese 1 T. minced onion 11/2 tsp. worcestershire sauce 1 1/2 cups sour cream 1/2 tsp. garlic salt 1/4 tsp. pepper
Preheat oven to 350. In a medium bowl, combine beef, cream cheese, onion, worcestershire sauce, sour cream, garlic salt, and pepper. Blend well. Spoon chipped beef mixture into shallow 4 cup ovenproof dish. Bake 30 minutes. Serve with crackers, bread cubes or crostini.
