12 egg yokes (I use “egg beaters”)
1 cup sugar
1 quart milk (lowfat)
1 cup rum (or to taste!)

Directions:
Directions:
Beat egg yokes with sugar, add milk and rum (chill several hours)

before serving:
fold in 12 beaten egg whites
1 pint whipped cream
top with nutmeg, if desired
