1 can “Grands” canned biscuits 1 lb. browned sausage 2 eggs 2 tbs. parmesan cheese 1 small can chiles (optional) 2 cups grated cheddar cheese
Cut biscuits in half for regular muffin tin or quarters for mini muffins Press into bottom of lightly sprayed tin. Mix all other ingredients and spoon on top of biscuits. Bake at 350 degrees for about 15 minutes or until brown.
