2 lbs. Ground Beef (Lean)
1 bottle Mexene Chili Powder
1 can (64 oz) Tomato Juice
2 cans Chili Beans

Directions:
Directions:
Brown meat & drain. Add remaining ingredients & bring to soft boil. Reduce heat to low & cook covered for 1 hour.

Serve with shredded cheese & crackers. (I also make Jiffy Cornbread muffins).
