1-1 1/4 lb. hamburger
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. green pepper
1 (8oz) can tomato sauce
2 tsp chili powder
1 tsp. salt
1 (8oz) can country style or buttermilk biscuits
1 1/2 c. cheese
1/2 c sour cream
1 egg, slightly beaten

Directions:
Directions:
Brown meat, onion and pepper and drain; stir in tomato sauce and chili powder. Simmer while preparing. Separate biscuits into 20 biscuits, pulling each apart. Press 10 biscuits in bottom of ungreased pan. Combine cheese, sour cream and eggs; mix well. Remove meat mixture from heat; stir in sour cream mixture. Spoon over dough. Arrange remaining biscuit on top. Sprinkle with cheese; bake at 375 for 25-30 minutes.
