1 pkg, taco seasoning
2 8 oz. pkgs. Philly cream cheese
16 oz. ricotta cheese
6 green onions
2 tomatoes - large dice
1/2 head lettuce - shredded
8 oz. (pkg.) Mexican cheddar
1 - 2 cans black olives - sliced
jalapenos - optional
Taco chips

Directions:
Directions:
Bring cream cheese and ricotta to room temperature.
Combine well with taco seasoning Chop green onions. Layer in following order on large dish with raised edge. Spread cheese mixture over bottom of dish. Add layer of green onions, then tomatoes, next lettuce, then cheddar and finally olives. (jalapenos if you choose)

I often bring this to parties and gatherings and like to serve this dip with dark and white taco chips.
