6 c. rolled oats
1 c. shredded coconut
1 c. chopped pecans (or other nuts)
1/2 c. sesame seeds
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. oil
1/2 c. water
1 tsp. vanilla
3/4 tsp. salt
1 c.? craisins

Directions:

Mix oats, pecans, and sesame seeds in a large bowl. Blend sugar, cinnamon, oil, water, vanilla, salt in a blender or with a wire whisk. Work liquid into dry ingredients with hands. Grease a 9x13 pan and pour the granola in. Bake at 300 for 20-30 minutes and stir. Then continue baking for another 20-30 minutes. Add craisins and coconut.

I make this granola all the time. I never have craisins so I use raisins instead. I have never put in sesame seeds or pecans, but use walnuts instead. Sometimes I add mini-chocolate chips for a sweet surprise.
