1 1/2 lbs. ground beef 1 small can PET milk 1 cup oatmeal or bread crumbs 1/4 t. pepper 1/4 t. garlic powder 1 beaten egg 1/2 cup finely chopped onion 1 t. salt 1 T. chili powder BBQ or spagetthi sauce
Mix all the ingredients except sauce and shape into small balls. Lay the meatballs in a shallow pan and cover with your favorite sauce. Bake @350 for 1 hour.
