2 Cups crushed graham crackers
6 T. melted butter
6 T. white sugar
16 oz. Canned pumpkin
1 C. brown sugar
1 t. nutmeg
1 t. salt
1 t. cinnamon
1/2 gallon vanilla ice cream

Directions:
Directions:
Combine graham crackers, butter, and white sugar and press into a 9X13 pan and 10 muffins. Combine pumpkin, brown sugar, nutmeg, salt, and cinnamon. Soften ice cream. Fold into pumpkin mixture and pour into crusts. Freeze until firm. Wrap in foil until ready to serve. Let set a few minutes before serving for easy slicing.
