cornstarch
eggs

Sauce:
1/2 cup chicken broth
1/4 cup catsup
3/4 cup sugar
3/8 cup vinegar
1 Tbs. soy sauce
1 tsp. accent salt

Directions:
Directions:
Cut tips of chicken wings and boil for broth (or you can use canned chicken broth). Roll chicken pieces in cornstarch then in eggs. Salt and then brown in oil. Spoon sauce over browned chicken and bake at 325 for 1 1/2 hours.
