2 cups thin unsalted pretzels, crushed
3/4 cup melted butter
3 Tbs. sugar
1 cup sugar
1 pkg. cream cheese (8 oz.)
1 container cool whip (9 oz.)
1 small can crushed pineapple
1 large pkg. raspberry jello (or 2 small)
2 cups hot water
2 pkgs. frozen raspberries (10 oz.)

Directions:
Directions:
Crust: Mix pretzels, 3 Tbs. sugar and butter. Spread mixture over bottom of 9 x 13 baking dish. Bake at 400 for 7 minutes. Let cook one hour.

Second layer: Blend one cup sugar, cream cheese and cook whip. Fold in crushed pineapple. Pour on top of crust.

Topping: Mix jello with hot water. Let cool a little and add frozen raspberries; this set the jello. Spread on top of cream cheese mixture. Chill.
