5 c. sliced apples (about 17 apples) 1 c. sugar 1 t. cinnamon 1 c. brown sugar 1/2 c. butter 1 c. flour 1 t. baking powder 1 c. oatmeal
Place apple slices into a greased 9 x 13 baking pan. Sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon. Cream butter and brown sugar. Add remaining ingredients. Spread on top of apple slices. Bake at preheated oven at 400º for 15-23 minutes. Do NOT cover.
