1 qt Pumpkin seeds, unwashed
cup Butter or Margarine, melted
1 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
1 tsp Garlic Salt
Additional Salt, if desired

Directions:
Directions:
Remove seeds from pumpkin and separate from pulp; do not wash seeds. Spread
seeds on a greased baking sheet. Melt butter with Worcestershire sauce and garlic salt. Pour over seeds and bake 2 or more hours at 350 degrees, stirring well every 20-30 minutes, until crispy and brown. Salt to taste.
