1 cup Sugar
2 Eggs, beaten
tsp Salt
2 tsp Baking Powder
tsp Baking Soda
2 1/2 cups Flour
cup Butter or Margarine
cup Sour Cream
3 Ripe Bananas, mashed
cup Nuts, optional

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter, sugar, and sour cream; add eggs and beat well.Add bananas and blend well.Gradually add dry ingredients until well mixed.Stir in nuts, if desired.Bake 1 hour or until tests done at 325.
