2 cups Flour 1 tsp Baking Powder 1 tsp Baking Soda ½ tsp Nutmeg 1 tsp Salt 1 cup chopped nuts 1 Egg, beaten ¾ cup Sugar 1 cup Apple Butter ¼ cup Oil
Sift flour, baking powder, baking soda, nutmeg and salt into a large bowl.Stir in nuts.Combine egg, sugar, apple butter, and oil and add to dry ingredients, stirring until blended.Pour into a greased loaf pan and bake 50 minutes or until tests done at 350º.
