16 oz cottage cheese
1 egg beaten
24 c fresh, chopped spinach
30 oz pasta sauce
8 oz lasagna noodles
8 oz part skim mozzarella cheese grated

Directions:
Directions:
In mixing bowl, combine cottage cheese, egg, and spinach. Spray 9 x 13 baking dish with nonstick cooking spray. In baking dish layer the ingredients as follows: 1c sauce, noodles (uncooked), 1 c sauce, cottage cheese mixture, -grated cheese, c sauce, remaining noodles, remaining sauce, top with remaining cheese. Seal with foil. Bake at 350 degrees for one hour. Let stand covered 15 minutes before serving.
