1 cup water
1 ˝ squares Unsweetened Baker’s Chocolate
1 Stick Margarine (do not use butter)

In a small pain bring above ingredients to a boil and set aside to cool.

Sift together:
2 cups flour
2 cups sugar
1 tsp baking soda
˝ tsp salt

Add wet and dry ingredients together and then add:
˝ cup sour cream and 2 beaten eggs.

Icing:
1 Stick Margarine (do not use butter)
6 T Milk (or cream)
1 ˝ squares Unsweetened Baker’s Chocolate

In a small pan, bring above ingredients to a boil.

Sift 1 pound confectioner’s sugar then combine the confectioner’s sugar and wet mixture together. To this add 1 tsp vanilla and 1 cup nuts (optional)

Bake cake at 375 degrees for 25 minutes and let cool for 15 minutes prior to icing.

Pour icing mixture on cake while still warm.
