8 c. zucchini; squared, peeled & sliced 1 c. sugar 2/3 c. lemon juice 1/2 t. cinnamon 1/2 t. nutmeg
Crust: 3 sticks oleo 4 c. flour 1 2/3 cup sugar
Cook Zucchini in lemon juice until tender. Add sugar & spices. Cool.
Crust: Put 1/2 of the mix in a large pan (10 1/2 x 15 or 9 x 12). Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes. Pour cold zucchini mix over crust. Crumble rest of crust over top. Sprinkle with cinnamon. Bake at 375 degrees for 40 minutes or until brown.
