Thaw and drain 1 pkg. frozen spinach or use fresh.
1 pkg. Knorr vegetable soup mix
1 can water chestnuts, minced
1 c. sour cream
1 c. Mayonnaise
5-6 scallions - onion & greens chopped.

Mix together all ingredients. Refrigerate. WAIT 24 HOURS before serving.
