2 large apples, peeled and sliced
1 large onion, peeled and sliced
1-2 lbs. sauerkraut
6 pork chops or 2-3 lb. pork roast cut into serving pieces
1 T. caraway seed - optional

Directions:
Directions:
Brown pork and onion in 1 T. oil.

Put all ingredients in crock-pot. Cook on low 8 hours.

Serve with mashed potatoes.
