1 c. flour
1/3 c. sugar
4 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 egg (beaten)
1/4 c. oil
1 c. milk

Directions:

Mix dry ingredents, add oil, milk,and egg. Mix well ; pour into well greased 8x8 pan. Bake 25 min.at 425
