Ingredients:  
1 lb lean ground chuck
2 eggs beaten
1 8oz jar taco sauce
1 can cheddar cheese soup
1 cup chopped onion
1 cup chopped green pepper
1 cup chopped celery
2 cloves garlic chopped
2 cups cooked rice

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl
Roll into 12 balls
Place in a lightly greased casserole dish
Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes

In sauce pan blend and heat taco sauce and soup
Pour this mixture over meatballs
Bake another 30 minutes
