3-4 lb. whole chicken or 6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
2 tsp. minced onion
1 c. sliced celery
1/2 c. minced green pepper
2/3 c. mayo
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 T. vinegar
2 c. green grapes, halved
2/3 c. slivered almonds, toasted*

Directions:
Directions:
Boil chicken until done. Then cut into cubes. Add the rest of the ingredients. *To toast almonds, cook them at 350 for 10 minutes with butter. Chill salad before serving.
