4 chicken breast
12 oz package shredded cheddar cheese
1 bag Nacho cheese Doritos

1can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can Rotel Tomatoes
2 tsp. chili powder
1 small onion chopped
1 small green bell pepper chopped
cup of stock saved form chicken

Directions:
Directions:
Place above ingredients in blender and blend


Boil chicken breast
Remove chicken from stock to cool
Keep 1 cup stock and set aside
Once chicken has cooled de-bone chicken

Using large casserole dish or 9x13 baking pan
Place Doritos in bottom of dish
Pour !/2 cup chicken stock on top of Doritos
Top Doritos with of shredded cheddar cheese
Place shredded chicken on top pf chips
Next pour mixture from blender on top of chicken
Bake for 30 40 minutes
Take out of oven and add the rest of shredded cheese
