Chicken Breasts- 1 for each person that is eating
Cream of Chicken soup
1 envelope of taco seasoning mix

Directions:
Directions:
Place chicken in crock pot. It is okay if they are frozen- mine usually are. Mix soup with the dry taco mix. If you have more than 3 breasts, you might want to double the soup and taco mix. Pour over the chicken and cook on low all day long.

Serve on tortillas with Mexican blend cheese, lettuce, sour cream, picante sauce, etc.

This was a "mistake" that I made one day when I didn't follow a recipe correctly. Surprisingly, we all liked it. It has become a standby for the days that I know I will not have time to cook dinner.
