1 lb. whole fresh cranberries
1 c. sugar
1 pint whipping cream
1 pkg. (10 1/2 oz.) miniature marshmallows
1 can (8 1/2 oz.) crushed pineapple, drained
1/2 c. chopped walnuts - optional

Directions:
Directions:
Grind cranberries finely in food processor or blender keeping the juice. Add the sugar to the cranberries and juice, mix well and set aside for 2 hours.

Whip cream to peak stage, fold in marshmallows, set aside in refrigerator for 2 hours.

Combine cranberry mixture and cream mixture with drained pineapple and nuts. Put into a large bowl or 9 x 13 glass pan. Refrigerate 24 hours before serving.
