Chocolate Crumb Crust:
1 1/2 c. vanilla wafer crumbs
1/2 c. powdered sugar
1/3 c. cocoa powder
1/3 c. butter

Filling:
12 oz. semi-sweet chocolate chips
3 8-oz. cream cheese
1 14-oz. can sweetened condensed milk
4 eggs
2 t. vanilla

Crust:
Combine ingredients; press firmly on bottom of 9-inch spring-form pan. Set aside.

Filling:
Melt chocolate chips: Microwave on high for 1 minute, stir. If not completely melted, microwave for 20-30 seconds more, stirring and checking, until done. Or melt chips in a heavy saucepan over low heat (stirring occasionally). In a large bowl soften and beat cream cheese until fluffy. Gradually beat in milk until smooth. Add melted chips and remaining ingredients; mix well. Pour into prepared pan (over crust). Bake in preheated oven at 300 for 1 hour and 15 minutes or until center is set. Cool; chill. Serve. Refrigerate leftovers.
