6 new red potatoes-unpeeled and diced (2 cups)
6 oz. (2 1/4 cups) uncooked rainbow rotini
8 slices bacon, crispy cooked and crumbled
1/2 cup chopped red bell pepper
1/4 cup chopped green onions
DRESSING:
1/2 cup miracle whip and 1/2 cup ranch salad dressing

Directions:
Directions:
In large saucepan bring 10 cups water to a boil. Reduce heat to med.high. Add potatoes, cook 3 minutes. Add rotini, cook potatoes and rotini an additional 10 to 12 minutes or until tender. Drain. In large bowl, combine all salad ingredients. Mix dressing ingredients and add to salad. Cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours.
