olive oil,
4 cloves chopped garlic
1 large can tomato sauce
6-8 stems fresh basil, cut into small pieces
1 lb. penne pasta
shredded or chopped mozzarella cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Fill large pot 3/4 with salted water, bring to boil. In another sauce pan, lightly coat bottom with olive oil. Add 4 cloves of chopped garlic and saute. Add 1 large can of tomato sauce. Add a little salt, pepper and italian seasoning. Bring to a slow, light boil. Add basil to sauce. When water boils add 1 pound of penne pasta and cook to taste. Drain pasta and set aside. Immediately add shredded or chopped mozzarella cheese to tomato mixer and stir. When cheese has melted add drained pasta to cheese and sauce mixer. Serve immediately.
