1 Med. Box Minute Rice
1 can rotel diced tomatoes
1 small onion chopped
1t. chili powder
3 T. bacon drippings
1/2 t. garlic powder

Directions:
Directions:
Heat all ingredients except rice to boiling in a large skillet until onions are soft. Remove from heat, add rice, cover and let stand 5 minutes. Fluff with fork.
