1 (14.78 oz.) can pink salmon
1/2 cup chopped celery
1 (8 1/2 oz.) can drained English peas
12 saltine crackers, broken into small pieces
1 cup milk
1 1/2 cups grated cheddar cheese
3 ounce can chow mein noodles
salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Drain and flake salmon, reserving liquid. Combine with celery, peas, crackers, salt and pepper. Pour into a 2-quart baking dish and add milk. Cover with grated cheese and noodles. Bake in a 350 degree oven until brown and bubbly, about 40-45 minutes. Serves 4-6.
