2 c. - shredded cheddar cheese
2 pkgs. - (2 1/2 oz each) thin sliced deli ham (chopped)
3/4 c. - mayonnaise
1/2 c. - real bacon bits
2-3 tsp. - Dijon mustard
1 tube (12oz) - large refrigerated flaky biscuits

Directions:
Directions:
Split the biscuits into thirds. Press them into the bottom and up the sides of ungreased miniature muffin cups. In a bowl, combine the first five ingredients. Fill each biscuit cup with about 1 T. of cheese mixture. Bake at 450 for 9-11 minutes or until they are golden brown and the cheese is melted. Let stand for 2 minutes. Serve warm.
