1 C. Milk
1 C. Water
2 T. Butter
3 T. Sugar
2 pkg. yeast
2 T. Salt
6-6 1/2 C. all purpose flour.

Directions:
Directions:
Heat milk, water, butter, just long enough to melt butter. Then let it sit while you mix sugar, salt, and 5 1/2 cups of flour. After mixing dry ingredients, add your yeast to the warm milk and mix until dissolved. ( not hot, always check to make sure only warm.) Combine all ingreidents and knead use the rest of flour in this process. When it feels smooth cut dough into two parts and place into two greased bread pans let bread sit for 30 minutes so it may rise. Bake 35-45 minutes @ 375 until golden brown. When done take out of oven and butter top of bread.
