5 C. Flour
1/4 C. Sugar
3 t. baking powder
1 t. soda
1 t. salt
1 C. shortening
1 pkg. dry yeast
2 T. warm water
2 C. buttermilk

Directions:
Directions:
Sift dry ingredients, cut in shortening. Dissolve yeast in warm water and add with buttermilk to dry mixture. Mix well, turn out on lightly floured board, roll 1/4 inch thick. Add more flour if necessary. Cut out and dip in melted butter. Fold over to make pocket book rolls or you can stack several together for pull apart rolls. Place on greased baking sheet, bake at 400 for 15 minutes.
