1/2 c. fine dry bread crumbs
1/3 c. grated Parmesan cheese
2 Tbs chopped parsley
1/4 c. Italian reduced-calorie salad dressing
1/4 tsp. garlic salt
vegetable spray
1/4 tsp. pepper
3 Lbs skinless chicken breast halves

Directions:
Directions:
Combine bread crumbs, Parmesan, parsley, garlic salt and pepper. Dip chicken in the salad dressing. Dredge in bread crumb mixture. Place chicken, bone side down, in a 13" X 9" X 2" baking pan. Coat with cooking spray. Bake uncovered, at 350F for 45 minutes or until tender. Yields 6 serving with about 232 calories per serving.
