1/2 c. oil
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 c. vinegar
5 tsp. salt
1 egg
chicken
1 1/2 tsp poultry seasoning

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients, except chicken in a large bowl. Dip pieces or quarters of chicken in the mixture, then wrap all in large pieces of heavy-duty foil. Cook over hot coals for 20 minutes on each side. Remove from foil. Dip or baste with mixture and grill until golden, about 20-25 minutes on each side. Baste as you flip. Will do 4-6 quarters of chicken.
