"I have long believed that good food, good eating is all about risk. Whether we're talking about unpasteurized Stilton, raw oysters or working for organized crime 'associates,' food, for me, has always been an adventure."--Anthony Bourdain
1/2 c. sugar 1/2 c. flour 1/2 t. salt 1 t. baking powder 1/2 c. milk 3 T. butter, melted in baking dish 2 c. (1 can) drained fruit cocktail (I double the fruit) OR 1 can apple pie filling & frozen blueberries
Mix the first 4 ingredients together. Add the milk and mix again. Melt butter in baking dish. Dump ingredients (except fruit) on melted butter, then pour fruit on top of that. Do NOT stir - just smooth. Bake at 350º for 30 to 45 minutes.
