1 c. chopped celery
1/3 c. onion
2 T. lemon juice
1/2 t. garlic salt
2 (6.5-oz.) cans tuna, drained and flaked
1/2 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing

Tomato Cups:
1 ripe red tomato for each person

Directions:
Directions:
Combine the first 4 ingredients and a dash of pepper. Stir in tuna and mayonnaise. (Add additional mayonnaise, if desired). Cover; chill. If using Tomato Cups, fill each cup with tuna salad (1/2 c. or more).

To Make Tomato Cups:
Place stem of tomato down and cut 4 to 6 wedges without cutting through the stem. Spread wedges apart slightly; sprinkle inside lightly with salt. Cover and chill.
