4 eggs
1 3/4 C. pumpkin
2/3 C. water
1 C. oil
1 t. vanilla
2 2/3 C. sugar
3 1/2 C. flour
2 t. baking soda
1 t. salt
3 t. pumpkin pie spice

Directions:
Directions:
In large bowl beat eggs; add pumpkin, water, oil and vanilla. Beat well. Add sugar and beat. Mix dry ingredients together and add to pumpkin mixture, beating until well blended. Grease and flour four 9 x 5 inch loaf pans. Pour batter in equal amounts into pans. Bake 1 hour at 350 or until toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Leave bread in pans 10 minutes before turning out.
