1 c. carrots, diced
1/2 -1 c. onion, diced
1 c. celery
2 c. chicken broth
2 tsp. chicken boullion
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/4 c. milk (1/2 of a soup can of milk)
2 T. flour
2 T. melted butter
1 c. chicken, shredded/diced
2 c. cooked noodles
salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Saute carrots, onions, and celery in butter. Add broth and boullion and simmer. Add cream of chicken and milk. Then thicken with flour blended with melted butter. Add chicken and noodles and add salt and pepper to taste.
