1 cup milk
2 (3oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened and cubed
4 t. dried mustard
1/2 t. garlic salt
1/4 t. pepper
1 24 oz. pkg. frozen hashbrowns with onions & green peppers
4-6 strips of bacon, fried and crumbled

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350. In medium sauce pan stir together milk, cream cheese, garlic salt, mustard, pepper. Cook over medium heat until all the cream cheese has melted. Place frozen hashbrowns in 2 qt casserole dish. Stir heated mixture with potatoes. Bake for 45 minutes.

Can also place mixture in slow cooker for 4/6 hours on low heat.
