4 - 4oz. Chicken Breasts, skinned and boneless
1 tsp. garlic powder
non-stick cooking spray
1 tsp. olive oil
1 - 28oz. can crushed tomatoes
1 tsp. dried basil leaves
1 tsp. dried parsley flakes
1/4 tsp. ground pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Pound out chicken, sprinkle with garlic powder. Coat 10/12 inch skillet with veggie spray. Heat olive oil, on medium heat. When hot add chicken & cook 5 minutes until brown. Add tomatoes, basil, parsley, and pepper. Reduce heat to low, cover & simmer 20 minutes.
