1 Cup Flour
3/4 tsp Baking Soda
1/2 tsp Salt
1 tsp Ground Cinnamon
1/4 tsp Ground Nutmeg
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
1 1/3 Cup Brown Sugar
2 Eggs
2 Cups Quick Rolled Oats
1 Cups Raisins (Optional)
1 Cups Nuts (Optional)

Blend Sugar, Salt, Cinnamon, Nutmeg, Baking Soda, Eggs and cream. Add Rolled Oats, and Flour and blend.
Add Nuts and Raisins. (Optional)
Bake at 350 - 12 to 15 min.
