4 to 5 Medium Potatoes
4 to 5 cloves of Garlic
1 stick of Butter
1 can of Chicken Broth
2 tbsp. cream cheese
2 tsp. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Boil Poatoes and Garlic ( leave cloves whole ) in 1/2 can of broth and water until tender. Drain. Add in sliced Butter while potatoes are still hot with an electric, mixer, beat until no lumps are found. Add cubed cream cheese, and enough chicken broth to get desired consistency. Add salt and pepper to taste. Sprinkle with Fresh parsley or chives on top if desired.
