2 C. Sugar
1 1/4 C. Vegetable oil
3 eggs
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
3 C. Flour
1 C. Pecans
3 C. Chopped Apples ( Granny Smith )

Preheat oven to 325. Grease a Bundt pan and coat the inside with extra granulated sugar. Mix sugar, oil and eggs. Add salt, soda,vanilla, cinnamon and flour. Mix well, add pecans and apples. Bake for 1 hour. Remove from pan and pour glaze over cake while still warm.

1 C. light brown sugar
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 C. Milk
1/2 C. Margarine

Mix well and pour over cake, or you can use store bought caramel sauce. Great for fall Bake sales or parties.
