2 c. flour
1 c. salt
4 tsp. cream of tarter
2 tbsp. veg. oil
2 c. water- divided

Directions:
Directions:
Mix first three ingredients in a saucepan, no heat.

Add the oil and one cup of water. Stir on medium heat.

Add final cup of water and mix with a hand mixer for 3-5 minutes over low to medium heat. When it starts to pull away and form a dough you are done.

Add food coloring of your choice and store in airtight container.
