1 chopped onion
1 c chopped red pepper
2 Tbsp salad oil
2 Tbsp vinegar
1 tsp salt
tsp sugar
tsp dry mustard
1/8 tsp pepper
4 med tomatoes peeled and chopped

Directions:
Directions:
In large skillet, cook and stir onion and peppers in oil over medium heat. Cook till onion are tender, stir in remaining ingredients, heat to boil. Cover and cool. Refrigerate several days.
